Extruders

The new range of Idealtech extruders are the most suitable systems for melting adhesives that are generally complicated to process in conventional melting tank systems. Idealtech extruders are particularly suitable for processing large quantities of polyamide, polyester and polyolefin. The melting of the product is always uniform and consistent thanks to the special geometry of the extruder screw.The use of an extruder is particularly advisable in applications that require a high melting rate and where adhesives are used that tend to oxidise if they are kept at high temperatures for long periods of time. With the extruder, the oxidation process of the adhesive is stopped: this is made possible by the special shape of the extruding screw causing air to return to the hopper as soon as the melting and compression phase of the adhesive begins. Operating temperatures range from 60 to 300°C; the heating zones are controlled by digital PID heat controllers.

Dosing pump station for direct head connection and automatic weight control.
The station contains 1 or more gear pumps with brushless motors and variable pumping capacity depending on customer requirements
