BF MicroBead™
THE BF MICROBEAD™ GLUE APPLICATOR PROVIDES CLEANER CUT-OFFS AND EXCELLENT WORK QUALITY WHILE EXTENDING THE SERVICE LIFE. A PNEUMATIC OPENING AND CLOSING SYSTEM ENABLES ACCURATE AND UNIFORM APPLICATION OF GLUE PATTERNS AND STITCHES, AND A BUILT-IN FILTER HELPS KEEP THE NOZZLE OPENING CLEAN.
FLEXIBILITY
Compact dimensions facilitate installation in packaging machines
SAFETY
Insulated thermoplastic cover increases safety by reducing operator exposure to hot surfaces
INSURANCE
Improved built-in filter captures debris and reduces downtime caused by clogged nozzles
BF MICROBEAD™ ADHESIVE APPLICATOR
The BF MicroBead™ model is available with single-port or dual-port tilting modules, which translates into configuration flexibility and a reduction in the number of applicators required. The smaller, more compact design simplifies installation and maintenance, and the high cycle speeds make it an ideal choice for high-speed adhesive applications.
FEATURES
- Integrated needle and self-cleaning nozzle virtually eliminate glue flossing (Micro Optima module)
- Two-port tilting modules simplify set-up, allowing easy adjustment of stitch location
- Adjustable needle stroke determines the glue flow, guaranteeing exceptional accuracy (Micro Adjustable module)
- Switch on/off cycle speeds of 3.5 ms are ideal for high-speed applications
- Cover increases safety and promotes efficient use of energy
- Unique built-in filter captures debris and minimises nozzle clogging
BF Mod-Plus Marathon™
THE BF MOD-PLUS MARATHON™ IS A HEAVY-DUTY SINGLE OR MULTIPLE HOLE, PNEUMATICALLY OPERATED HOT MELT ADHESIVE APPLICATOR WITH A BUILT-IN FILTER, DESIGNED FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE AND SIMPLIFIED MAINTENANCE. IDEAL FOR STITCH APPLICATIONS IN A VARIETY OF INDUSTRIES.
INSURANCE
Pneumatic opening and closing standard gives clean, sharp cut-off every time
QUALITY OF PERFORMANCE
Built-in heated filter keeps the nozzle opening cleaner
SIMPLICITY
The module body can be easily removed, reducing module replacement time
BF MOD-PLUS MARATHON™ APPLICATOR
The screw-on nozzle seat on the Marathon™ model allows for easy and quick nozzle changes, and the optional stroke adjustment allows for fine-tuning of the optimum glue cut-off at the tip of the nozzle with a built-in filter cartridge that prevents particles from blocking the flow through the head. The screw-on nozzle seat on the Marathon™ model allows for easy and quick nozzle changes, and the optional stroke adjustment makes it possible to fine-tune the glue flow from module to module on long lines.
FEATURES
- The module with standard pneumatic opening and closing provides a forced shut-off and switch-on cycle
- Platinum sensor provides better temperature control than nickel sensors
- Compatible with most configurations used by competing manufacturers
- Dostępna opcja wodoodporna
- The built-in heated filter has the largest surface area on the market, extending filter life and reducing nozzle clogging

HAND-HELD HOT MELT ADHESIVE APPLICATOR DG II™
The DG II™ applicator is designed for durability and application flexibility. The adhesive outlet can be set for straight or angled (right angle) application using the various available nozzles for stitch and spiral spray application. The DG II™ applicator can be configured with a bottom or top hose connection.
FEATURES
- Swivel or ball coupling with hose connection from above or below
- Ergonomic handle with visibility of nozzle tip
- Easy replacement of the cartridge heating element and sensor
- Four-finger trigger with integrated locking mechanism
- Straight or angled nozzle adapter
- Stitch or vortex applications
OPTIONS
- The swivel coupling is useful when the hose is connected at the bottom of the hand applicator. The position of the hose can then be controlled by the movement of the applicator
- The ball coupling is useful when the hose is connected on top of the hand applicator and the applicator is suspended from a hose or tool balancer
- Two-finger trigger configurations available
- Configuration with angled stitch nozzle and vortex nozzle available
- Power supply: 80 W at 120 or 240 V AC, 1 phase, 50/60 Hz
